Johnson Home in Sedalia, Missouri
This is a photo of Mr. Johnson's home at 234 West Pettis Street in Sedalia, MO in the late 1800s. It was in this house Mr. Johnson passed away in 1891, many thousands of miles away from where he was born.

(Notice that Sedalia residential streets had not yet been paved, but were still just gravel and dirt. Paving came a few years later. )
